Pages v13: How to send a copy of any export format via Mail

In Pages v13, (macOS 12.3 or later), Apple has allowed one to Share a document, export as a another format, and then automatically attach it to an Email. This is done from the Sharing tool on the toolbar, or from the File menu > Share… menu item. By selecting Export and Send… you choose the export format to attach to the email.

If you just want to attach the current Pages document to an email, then select Mail. The document must be saved first.

Only Pages v13 (and equivalent versions of Numbers and Keynote) will allow one to do what I have mentioned in this post. It has nothing to do with updating Ventura as Pages v13 requires Monterey 12.3 or later.

I've just downloaded the newest version Ventura, and it still doesn't allow me to send a pages document as a PDF if I press the share option. Even after I've saved the pages document, it's only giving me the option to email it in a pages format. I'm finding this so frustrating! So puzzled as to the photograph you've shown above.

In Pages > About Pages, does it say version 13?

Do you have File > Send a copy > Mail > PDF?
