Messages that are not mine

i some one is using my old phone and I’m received there messages what can I do to stop receiving their messages

Did you give your old iPhone to someone else without deleting the data and signing out of your Apple ID?

This can only happen if both of the iPhones are using / sharing the same Apple ID. The other thing is that the other person may also be receiving your messages.

To Fix this, either have the other person log out of your Apple ID and have them create their own, OR you can log out of your Apple ID, create a new one and sign in with the new one.
