ALERT - The option in my device to “Clear History” & Enable or Disable “add-on Extentions” has been disabled - NEED A FIX IN NEW FUTURE iOS UPDATE ASAP

I don’t know when this has happened but I noticed that in Settings under whichever browser let it be Safari, Edge or Chrome and even Bing or Start from even Microsoft apps that allow the simple function of browsing and surf the internet; option to clear history doesn’t work, the font read “Clear Temporary Browser History” is faint faded away like as if to be able to Clear History once again should be forgotten.

Please, slow another iOS update for the mobile I’m equips with, I hold and carry a iPhoneSE & it is the 4inch” version. A new update curing this function and restoring to allow temporary floats files kept within surfing history should be able to clear and finally be-gone to begin new surfing the web with whichever browser on my device for a new beginning and fresh new start to surfing the web again.

iOS is obvious vulnerable to some sort of hidden virus within itself from outside vulnerabilities while I have been surfing and needs a fix. We need a fix to not allow any Trobe to phishing, scam and fraud email tempering hindering our iOS software and device(s).

ALERT - Requires Apple/AppleID & Incl. all Apple device(s); this is to your Attention Apple including future iOS available update

“It is now to my understanding my device(s) may have contracted problems from malicious software or Trojan illegal activity from somewhere on the internet while browsing and the impact this infection has done to my phone device is: it has disabled the option for me to be able to once again Clear History from within previous search history and temporary data files such as old cookies etc, etc, etc. please bring on another update with this time including a fix to now allow anything hinder the option to mess with AppleID configuration to disable Clear History within under device Settings.

Also, while composing this prior to submission just before I submit I noticed another issue to bring to your attention and ALERT#2: To configure options under “Extentions” for browser features like adblocking is also been disabled. See my few screenshots uploaded as evidence of a latest digital infection having no good potential but to impact Apple devices from adjusting the simple easy good options under “Settings”, “Clear History” and “Enable” or lDisable” ‘add-ons features’ under “Extensions”.

  • it even disabled AdGuardPro(Fully paid for protection app with options to access VPN and DNS)

Thank you in advance for making yourself or yourselves available for such request within my report submitted about this topic withheld above, a solution for the problems I submit to you here in my message is required fast and has to have priority!

Yours sincerely,

Ferhat Y.

You do not need a new phone and you will be able to find a solution. A software update is not the answer to this specific problem.

First go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. Shut off the switch for Content & Privacy Restrictions. This should allow you to disable the Extensions in Safari and delete History and Web Site Data.

I would remove all the Extensions. If you feel you must have some, try them one at a time.

This is certainly not a broadly occurring problem. That means it is unlikely an update from Apple is going to change anything. And no, unless you have jailbroken your device, this issue is not the result of malware. You're going to need to do some troubleshooting to find out what the problem is.

Have you checked Settings>Screen Time>Content & Privacy Restrictions to see if anything has been restricted? Is this device managed by either your employer or your school?

My spell check is evidently terrible in the above submition but I just had to submit asap.

All the issue is - is with not being able to Clear History and turn on and off browser Extentions under phone Settings.

I’m urgently waiting for a solution, please nobody tell me in a reply to buy a new phone and new device etc.. I will suggest you to do the same in my own way thank you very much.

Hope you can allow me to find a fix to the issues at hand; Kind regard’s,

Ferhat
