Wallet App and App Store vanished from Apple Watch Ultra

This morning when going to pay for something, I couldn't, the Wallet App had gone off my watch and all my cards, thankfully I had my phone and that was able to pay. I have been unable to re-install the App as the App Store has vanished also, I am on chat to the most ridiculous agent who has asked me a total of 6 times to re-install from the App Store that's missing also! Can anyone help with locating the wallet and App Store.
