Trying to set up iPad and it says to enter activation code
When I wanna set up my iPad it says give iPad to owner enter activation code and I don’t know the activation code so weird

Does the message you see look similar to the one in the following support article?: Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
"On a device with iOS or iPadOS 15 or later that is protected by Activation Lock, you see an "iPhone Locked to Owner" screen when you turn on or wake the device."
This will help us determine how to proceed. If the message is something different, let us know exactly what it says.
