Adjust AirPods noise level on Dell Laptop

First time user of Apple Ear Pods, I connected them my Dell Laptop and cannot adjust noise level! They are way too loud. They work fine on my Apple Iphone and Ipad but much too loud on my Dell Laptop. Is there any way to adjust my Dell to be able to lower volume? Thanks

Troubleshooting AirPods and Windows Volume:

A. Use the Master Volume Control:

Click on the speaker on the task bar. Drag it towards the left to decease it. It would be located on the bottom-right cornet of the screen, by default.

B. Decrease the App's Volume:

If you are using an app/program, then decrease the volume on it.

C. Restart the PC:

Having just set these up, restart the PC.

D. Try this App By Microsoft: Volume Control for Windows
