A. Force Restart your iPhone:

B. Report this to Apple:
So, report this messages info to Apple, and your federal government, if an option. Provide the screenshot and the URL of this thread. Use my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip

That notification is a scam. Do you know which app is sending that notification? Do you see that as a calendar notification OR is it showing up when you are on a certain website with Safari? Etc. Let us know.
