Fitness app on iPhone

What do the totals indicate under the bar graphs/rings.


For “Move”, I assume that it is total calories for the day and under “Stand” it is pretty self explanatory that it is idle hours.


Under “Exercise,” however is not that clear. Is this total hours awake, total hours not exercising while awake, etc.?

The explanations for each ring are outlined below:

* The red Move ring shows how many active calories you’ve burned.
* The green Exercise ring shows how many minutes of brisk activity you’ve done.
* The blue Stand ring shows how many times in the day you’ve stood and moved for at least one minute per hour.

Track daily activity with Apple Watch


That should answer your questions on the activity rings.
