iTunes 12.12.8.2 on an HP Laptop OMEN

I downloaded iTunes from the Microsoft 365 site about a year ago and it has been a growing pain, This weekend I just realized I don't have access to the Playlists I have on my Windows 10 desktop and mi iPhone 11. I can't also click on look for update in the Help menu. This app is like a totally different animal. Is there a way I can have the playlist I have created on my iPhone and /or desktop copied to the iTunes on my laptop?

You can use this method to clone the entire library, playlists and all, from one computer to another: Move (or Copy) your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community.

If you have the same library on two computers you can sync your devices with either of them.

Typically playlists created on a synced device will sync back to the library. If you're not currently syncing but manually managing, or synced to a different library, see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device - Apple Community. In particular there is a link to a script called ImportDevicePlaylists that can do exactly that.

Hello HPOMEN-ITUNES,

To get started, you'll want to make sure you've downloaded and installed the most recent version of iTunes on your PCs. You can do that here: iTunes - Microsoft Store

After everything is up to date and if you subscribe to Apple Music, you can learn how to access your music library, including your playlists, by following the steps here: Use Sync Library to access your music library across your devices - Apple Support

Thanks.

I am not a subscriber to Apple Music. I prefer to purchase my music in iTunes Store and download it to my C drive.my iTunes app and software are up to date. I tried to sync my iPhone with my Laptop but apparently iPhone only syncs with one device. At the moment I cannot play my play lists on my laptop, which I find ridiculous. There must be a way to do this.
