My new Mac is stuck for a while still looking for other sources What can I do?

Im trying to transfer my files from my Surface to my new MAc but my Mac is stuck,

it says looking for other sources. What can I do ?

MacBook Air (M2, 2022)

Hi there!

Try to quit the process on both computers, then try again later by using Migration Assistant, which is in the Utilities folder of your Applications folder.

Move your data from a Windows PC to a Mac - Apple Support
