transfer data takes to long
I got MacBook m1 2020, the issue transfering or copying data takes too long. The data just 10 mb but needs running time for 17 days.
any body could help ?

Shut down the computer by pressing and holding the power button until the computer turns off.
Disconnect any devices you have connected to the computer.
Restart the computer and try the transfer again.
Where are you trying to move the date from and where to?
If you are using a flash or thumb drive, then try using another device.
If a simple reboot of your Mac doesn’t fix things, see if the problem still happens in safe mode.

You can exit safe mode by restarting your Mac normally.
