After upgrading to IOS 16.4, the text and symbols on my iPhone 11 home screen, went dark. When in settings, and using apps, the text and symbols are white and the correct is color. I restored my iPhone through iTunes but the text and symbols are still dark on the home screen. Are there anyways to fix the text and symbol color on my home screen?

I used the background wallpaper that came with the iPhone. I went to settings and chose the same wallpaper again. The text became white and the symbols returned to the correct color.

Do you use a custom wallpaper on your iPhone? A wallpaper that you chose? My recommendation is that try and use another Wallpaper and see whether that returns the Home Screen text to White again.
