Lost or stolen iphone

About 2 days ago I lost my iphone 12 pro max at my job, my FIND MY was not on, how what could be my next steps. Thanks

I understand that Find My was OFF and not activated on your lost iPhone. The only option that you have, to find your iPhone, is to locate it physically by backtracking your steps. This is because you are not going to be able to find it digitally.
