Notes app deleted accidentally- not saved on icloud

First, follow the instructions in this guide published by Apple 👉 Delete and recover notes on iCloud.com - Apple Support. If you are unsuccessful in recovering the deleted notes with the above instructions, then I have:

Three Questions for you.

1. Are you certain that the Notes app was deleted? Check the App Library which is the last Home Screen when you continue to SWIPE LEFT until you reach it and then see if the Notes app is there. If it is then drag it out of there and place it on your favorite spot of the Home Screen.
2. Open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Notes: Is the switch set to ON for this app in iCloud?
3. Did you mean that your iPhone is backed up on iCloud?

Meanwhile, If the Notes app is indeed deleted and the answer to question #2 is a YES, then that is bad news. This is because the notes were being synched with iCloud. When you delete the notes on your iPhone then those notes are also deleted from iCloud and all other devices that are logged on with the same Apple ID. You may have, therefore, lost all your notes from iCloud permanently.

Troubleshooting Deleted Notes:

A. Where to Go:

• Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
• iCloud in Settings: Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.

B. Restore from a Backup:

Have any backups of your iPhone that contains these notes? If so, restore your iPhone from a backup, and you could recover them.
