Can a new owner retrieve iPhone data?

I sold my iPhone 13 pro max to a strange person are they able to recover any data ! note that i have done factory rest all sittings and data .

Is my device still connected to previous owner’s Apple ID or not? I bought a used 13 pro, and during purchase it was unlocked and in the settings it was saying “Continue setting up your device” or smth like that. And I forgot to ask the seller if they turned off Find My from previous user, and bought it. I continued all the setting the iphone at home, I connected Apple ID and iCloud, AppStore, iTunes without a problem. Also turned ON the Find My using my Apple ID. I checked my iCloud if this device is visible there - YES. So, the question is: Can this iPhone in fact still be visible on previous owner’s iCloud? Can they Lock my device anytime? Or is there a possibility that my iPhone will be locked once I decide to update iOS to new version? Thank you in advance

I erased all content and data , also i signed out from my Apple ID , so are they still able to recover anything!

Not if you follow the instructions in the link I posted - especially the section under "If applicable, remove your personal information from your old device".
