The keyboard sound level is inverted

As the continuation of this question: Keyboard Sound problem - Apple Community

Default phone keyboard, iPhone 14 Pro, iOs version 16.4

I tried with both enabled and disabled "Change with buttons", tried to disable keyboard sound/restart/enable keyboard sound - the result was always the same.

When you decrease the sound level using side buttons or slider - the keyboard click sound becomes louder and vice versa - when you increase the sound level - the keyboard click sound becomes quite.

Looks like the qa department screwed up...

Try a forced restart of your 14, using these gestures:

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side (power) button. Only when the Apple logo appears (it might take 10-20 seconds), release that button (ignore all other screens that might appear, the one with the "slider" to turn the device off included).

If the issue still persists, it might be a hardware (internal component?) failure, and since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above;

No, this doesn't work.

Just curious what this definitely software issue has to do with the service....

Noticed next thing - if video or music are played (e.g., Spotify or Apple Music) - then the keyboard sound is as expected - very quite if sound level is near off and normal if sound level is near high. But if I pause the music, the keyboard sound again becomes inverted...

I don't have an iPhone 14, but on my XR running iOS 16.4 I can't reproduce that issue.
