My phone displays the message "iPhone is findable", but won't charge even though I left it plugged in all night. It's frozen on the screen with this message and low battery. Phone is <1 month old, iPhone 13. I tried pressing the volume up button, then the volume down button, then holding the side button, but the phone won't open. I also tried removing the device from my "Find my" list. Is there another way to force restart? Any other ideas?

The forced reset sequence is;
Volume Up (short press)
Volume Down (short press)
Side Button (Press and hold until the Apple logo appears)
This sequence should work for any modern iPhone which does not have a physical home button. The only expected failure case would be a device which has defective volume or side buttons. Be aware you might need to hold the side button for 20-30 seconds, not just a few seconds for a long press.
If that doesn't work you have 2 choices.
There are only two possible results when you perform a Forced Restart......

1) The phone returns to normal operation
2) There is a hardware problem with the phone that will need attention at the Apple Store or authorized Apple Service shop
