Ios 16.4 and Safari issues

Ever since I upgraded to iOS 16.4, I find that I get a message on many e-commerce sites that says ‘access denied you don’t have permission to access the requested URL on this server’. When I access FedEx, and attempt to track a package, I have received an error message each time that says ‘unable to retrieve tracking results’. This never happened with any other iOS. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to fix this issue? Thanks!

Hi ejame307,

For problems with pages not loading as expected on an iPhone, the best resource will be If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Ensure the date and time are properly configured for your device as well, as certificates may be rejected if a mismatch is detected. Work through the suggested steps on that page, testing after each step. Note the last instruction on that site:

"If Safari still doesn't load websites and you tried all of these steps, contact the website developer for more help."

Regards.
