2nd Phone Line on iPhone Not Working
I added a second line to my work iPhone but it won’t make calls or send texts. I do have the second # on a second phone.

You wouldn't be able to have the phone number active on two phones, but may be able to transfer the number using the steps here: Set up cellular service on iPhone - Apple Support
