On iPhone in Watch app, go to Notifications

SHOW SUMMARY ON WRIST:

- ensure Dexcom G6 is on. I also have ECG on.

these steps have worked for me.

IN MIRROR IPHPONE ALERTS FROM:

ensure DEXCOM G6 is on.

the hypo alerts from the iPhone and the Dexcom G6 CGM are lifesaving, as the hypo sneaks up on you, and takes you totally unawares.

Look at the specific notification settings for the specific app on your iPhone:

Settings > Notifications > App Name (under NOTIFICATION STYLE)

and make sure Allow Notifications is enable.

у меня тоже несколько раз было такое на Apple Watch 7 и IPhone 11. Всё что пишут в интернете мне не помогло. Но кое что сработало. Попробуй перезагрузить и Apple Watch и IPhone.

I’ve enabled notifications and haptics everywhere I can and am still experiencing this issue. Had a close call the other night, was lucky to wake up with my glucose so low. Could have died.

I hope Apple and Dexcom will address this issue urgently. There are many people like me who depend on this app to wake them up in overnight lows.

My wife is having the same problem, it’s so frustrating that it has stopped working, this was the only reason why my wife got an Apple Watch.

Does any one know this has been fixed with iOS 17 on the phone and 10.2 on the watch.

Have you been able to fix this issue yet? I’ve been getting it since the last iOS update!
