Some apps in my MacBook Air say it's rooted

I have never rooted a macbook air.

However, some apps say it's a rooted device and it doesn't work.

Why?

I can't install applications from the App Store or browse the internet. In the updates, I don't see anything. Is there any way to do it manually?
