hello,

i lost my old phone (iphone 11) i was trying to factroy reset the whole phone but its not connected to the wifi

what can i do to factory reset it cuz i have some personal info on there

These are the only steps you can perform in such a situation:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen, and/or:--> Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item, and/or:--> If Find My is offline or not working.

First: Your personal data is VERY well protected - even from sophisticated criminals - by your passcode …


… so DO NOT EVER reveal your credentials to ANYONE - or surf to their linked URL - claiming to have found your phone.


It’s NOT Apple … it IS phishing.


As for erasing …


If your phone is no longer physically in your possession, your ONLY option is remote erase using FindMy.
