Company purchased iPads, Reset iCloud or devices
I work for a university, in the health programs, and one of the programs purchased an iSimulator which uses 3 iPads as the patient monitor and instructor devices. The iSimulator was purchased years ago and the program faculty who used them created a generic icloud account intended for the department, but there is no record of the verification questions/answers, nor the icloud password. We've reached out to the past faculty who purchased and used them, but they do not know the answers or password. Is there a way to reset the devices to factory default?
