Trade-in

I am looking for a new IPhone however I want to trade in my iPhone which I have now. I have a few scratches and dents around the edge of the phone however I am clear from any scratches on the front and back of the phone. I am predicted £170 off but I do not want to send off my phone and then have to pay. I have answered all the questions on the trade in and it is still saying that I will get the £170. I’m just wondering would it be okay with the dents and scratches. I can upload an imagine to show you how the phone look.

This is a user to user only forum. As such we cannot speak for Apple or their trade partner. When you send in a trade, after it is evaluated in person, the trade value will be confirmed. It could be lower than you expect after it has been seen.

If you have an Apple Store near you, I'd advise doing the trade at an Apple Store directly.
