Does this happen with the built-in Camera app or another app? Have you tested third-party camera apps as well? If yes, what were the results?

If you haven't yet, try restarting your device to see if it helps: Restart your iPhone

If you continue to experience the same issue, try the following steps below:

• Check for any updates for your iPhone: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

• If there are updates available for your iPhone, be sure to back up the device before updating: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Also, let's double check your Accessibility settings by going to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom. Make sure this option is disabled.
