I installed ventura on iMac Pro - on restart it goes to 30 min down to one minute and gets stuck and won't load

I can't get it to complete the restart after I have installed Ventura on iMac Pro

Try booting into Safe Mode to see if it makes a difference.

Have you tried using a bootable macOS 13.x Ventura installer instead?

Is this just installing macOS Ventura over top of an older installation of macOS? Or were you trying to perform a clean install by first erasing the drive?

Why were you installing macOS Ventura? Just to get the latest OS, or to resolve a problem with the Mac? This is very important information since the issue you are trying to fix may be why this is not working.

If this does not help, then you may need to perform a "Revive" or more likely a "Restore" firmware option where the latter will destroy all data on the internal drive. This process "Revive" and "Restore" requires access to another Mac running macOS 12.4+.
