How do I get my Face ID to work again it’s disabled and I already updated my iPhone to the latest version.

iPhone 11, iOS 16

If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, you will need to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for a repair...
