A. Driver's Manual:

Read your driver's manual to find out more about syncing this.

B. Re-Pari being in Park:

For many, they must have their automobile in park to get this to all pair.

Get a New Charger:

Someone had this issue, and interestingly, it was no more than a matter of getting and using a new charger. See here: Media not available from iPhone to car - Apple Community

So, if you think it’s your device(not your car), then troubleshoot the device’s audio. See my above reply. And what happens when you try Bluetooth (if you have that option)?
