after turning on the mac the screen appears Black ... sometimes after login the screen goes black and the system still working ...i am facing this issue after the new mac os ventura update 13.3 , i am using m1 pro 16

I have the same issue.
The screen goes black few seconds after startup, after that I am forced to press spacebar to return it to normal.
Also I can still see and move the mouse cursor when the screen is black but nothing else is dispalyed.

almost the same issue. I have a MacBook Pro 14-inch Apple Silicon. Whether powered by battery or AC, the screen turns black sporadically. Screensaver is set to 3 hours or Never.
The issue is still preset at today.
Apple your are simply ignoring it and don't care if users are affected.
This is really shameful.
