Mail app is not displaying full history in email body

iPhone SE 2nd Gen, iOS 16.4

This seems to only happen with a Corporate Office 365 mail account, so possibly that’s relevant, although I have two different O365 accounts and the other one seems to be unaffected.

Sometimes when I receive an email, significant portions of the email body are missing. Attached are two screen shots. One is an email in the mail app that is scrolled down to the bottom of the last response. It looks like the email is a reply to a message sent in October 2022. The other is the same email open in the Outlook app that shows that actually the previous message in the thread is the 6th of April 2023 (today, in fact).

This also seems to happen when I reply to emails, it makes it appear I am replying to an old email as the most recent history is missing.

This doesn't even look like an iOS mail app.
