Hi I need help with my iphone 5c

I bought a second hand iphone 5c. It was still using old owners id. I restored it thinking it will erase all so I can start fresh. after restore its still asking for the previous owner id and password. I have her id but not password and shes old and cannot assist me even when I send her a reset code

Your iPhone 5C is Activation Locked. The previous owner must remove the phone from her Apple ID. Unfortunately, there are no other options if you do not know the password.
