How can I get my iPhone battery replaced?
My phone keeps shutting down while having enough battery example (88%) and when it turns on again it has (20%). What can I do to fix this?

Your battery has reached the critical point of its life, and, be careful, it can have unpredictable behavior.
1st thing to do: create a full backup of your iPhone, before the battery dies completely.
2nd: get an estimate of your battery replacement, using this link:--> Choose Your Country or Region
3rd: make an appointment (*) and have your battery replaced at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region .
4th: see these instructions:--> Get your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch ready for service - Apple Support
