Left fan of my MacBook Pro is not working (16" 2019)

While running a game, rendering a video, etc. When fans are required to be working, only the right one is releasing and ventilating which gets me to ask, is this normal for this model?

16" 2019 - 2.3GHz 8-core Intel Core i9 | 16GB DDR4 | Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB | (plenty of free storage space)

I've even downloaded a app where it shows you the usage/specs of the fans just out of curiosity, here's a screenshot.

Under load, I would expect BOTH fans to be spinning at less than maximum speeds.

MacBook Pro Fans have an RPM sensor in them. Run the diagnostic. Part way through, it spins up the fans (you will hear it) and measures the resulting speed.

If it fails the diagnostic and throws an Error code, it is not working properly and needs service.
