2020 MacBook Pro 13' Left Fans Not Working

I have a 2020 MBP 13 inch. It has an Intel chip. I can physically see the machine has a left and right set of fans. However, the only set of fans that ever turn on is the right set. I have tried using the Macs Fan Control application to turn on the left side of the fans, but the application itself doesn't register the left side of the fans. I've also tried resetting the PRAM, but I'm not sure if I did it successfully since I haven't noticed any change on my machine.

I need help solving this issue!

Before doing anything else, I would see what issues with fans Apple Diagnostics reports. AD is very good at identifying fan and fan controller issues:

At the bottom of that article is a link to another that translates AD error codes.
