My appstore is using a different email, but this problem has come up recently. Theres some apps that I am trying to update but when i try to, it comes up with a different email address. Is this because the apps that I cannot update is connected to this email?
But I am unable to log into the email that comes up.

Those applications have the other Apple ID stored inside them. If you can't log into it, delete and redownload them.

You are sign in here . . . with your Apple ID & Password.
Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.
You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.
What happens when you use the same Apple ID & Password that you use to sign in here?
