Apple TV 4K (1st Gen) Keeps restarting after updating to iOS 16.3.1

After we updated our Apple TV to iOS 16.3.1 the device randomly crashes and restarts. We thought it might be a problem with the update, but it's still happening after we updated to 16.3.2. It happens most offen when we are watching Hulu, but it also happens when using Netflix or the Paramount App. I've reinstalled those apps, but the Apple TV crashed several times trying to download them from the app store.

What is the next step in troubleshooting and correcting this issue?

You’ve done some great troubleshooting already by updating your Apple TV and reinstalling these apps. To continue working on this issue, you can also reset or restore your Apple TV. These steps will reset your Apple TV to the factory settings, so you will need to restore or enable your personal settings and apps again.
