iPhone 12 Mini wireless charging

I have an iPhone 12 Mini, wireless charging was working fine. Then, sometimes I would place the phone on the charger, it would make the "charging" noise and flash the battery level circle on the screen, I would go to bed, wake up in the morning and the phone would not be charged, the charging would shut off at some point. Lately, I would place it on the charger and nothing would happen. Tried 3 different chargers (2 Apple, 1 Samsung (and 2 additional iPhones (iPhone 14 Pro and XR), the 14 Pro and XR charged fine on all 3 chargers, the 12 Mini didn't work on any of the chargers. Did a hard reset on the 12 Mini and now it charges on all 3 chargers. Anyone have any ideas or solutions as to what is going on? Quite annoying having to go to work in the morning with an almost dead phone.
