iPhone quit sending texts- Android

Why 4 days ago my iPhone just stopped delivering texts to Android people? Have been 4 days doing everything, not good with this. If I take # off, iMessage off, cannot send anything.

We have tried the usual hard reset, update carrier settings, turn on and off the phone, turn on and off iMessages, turn on and off SMS and MMS please help

SMS is a carrier feature so you'll need to start by contacting your carrier.

As an iPad can't send SMS messages unless the iPhone it's connected to can, your iPad won't be able to send them until you get the issue resolved with your iPhone.

iPad also won’t send texts, can receive.
