New MacBook Air + LED Cinema Display?

How will I be able to use my ten year old Apple LED Cinema Display 27" with a new MacBook Air M2? The display has two wires out to plug into a laptop: a Mini DisplayPort with audio support and a USB 2.0.

A USB-C to Mini DisplayPort adapter should work.

https://www.startech.com/display-video-adapters/cdp2mdp

You can also use a USB adapter to connect the display's USB plug if you want to use its USB ports.
