If your camera is black on both the camera app and third-party camera apps, but it works when you use FaceTime, there may be a few reasons why this is happening:

1. Check for restrictions: Make sure that the camera is not restricted on your iPhone. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps, and make sure that the Camera app is allowed.
2. Close all apps: Close all apps running in the background, as this can sometimes cause issues with the camera app.
3. Restart your iPhone: Sometimes a simple restart can help resolve issues with the camera app.
4. Reset your iPhone's settings: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reset your iPhone's settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. This will reset your iPhone's settings to their default values, but will not erase your data.
5. Update your iOS: Make sure that your iPhone's software is up to date. Software updates can often fix bugs and other issues that may be causing problems with the camera app.
