i deleted a game and reinstalled it but my old data didn’t delete i wanted to start the game over from the beginning but it keep starting my from where i left off with the game

Tap on Settings > General > iPhone Storage > [select your app] > Delete App [not Offload]


It is conceivable that the information is stored on the game developer's web site and not on the iPhone itself.
