Government emergency notification?

Hi everyone,

I have an iPhone SE and can’t seem to find the government emergency notifications option that is meant to be down the bottom in my notifications section? I’ve scrolled down a few times to turn it on and can’t find it?

does anyone know if SE’s are different or maybe this is located in a different section of settings??

any help would be appreciated here?
