Can we create cloud render farm by Mac Computers

is it Possible to insert multiple GPU's in single Mac, or can we split the 3D rendering process with other Mac pc's like Cloud Render Farm ?

M2 Pro and Autodesk Maya I want to buy the 14 inch macbook pro base, but I also use Autodesk Maya and I can not get a straight answer out of my research. So is a macbook pro M2 Pro with 16gb ram enough to create and render simple to medium scenes?
