How do I transfer iphone apps to Mac mini 2

You cannot transfer your apps to your Mac. If you have a Mac Mini with M1, or later, the iPhone apps that are compatible with Mac can be downloaded in the Mac App Store.
Open the Mac App Store and tap your profile in the lower-right corner. You will now come to the page where you can see your previously downloaded Mac apps, look for the "iPhone & iPad Apps" tab. There you can find your iPhone apps and download them.
