how can i remove these notifications?

I had accidentally clicked on a faulty link and now I am regularly receiving these notifications, but it is not actually from the systems settings app (I also don't have McAfee). Clicking on these notifications redirects me to another site. I've tried scanning for malware and viruses with Avast, but it didn't detect anything, so I am unsure of what else I can do.

In Safari >> Setting >> Websites >> Notifications

Is there some Unknown Website listed in " Notifications " and / or " Pop Up Windows " ?

If yes, Deny the Website and if possible Remove it

Uninstall McAfee using their instructions or uninstallers. Anti-Virus or optimizing software are just not necessary on Macs. In fact, they both cause more issues in and of themselves negating any benefits they claim to protect against. CleanMyMac is another app to get rid of if you have it. (Such as unnecessary Notifications, among many other problems)
