Why can't I download Bigo Live from App Store?

If the system specifically states that this app is not available in your country, the most likely explanation is that the developer has withdrawn it from your country.

A quick web search brings up articles that Bigo has withdrawn its apps from the App Stores with no explanation.

Hi, I couldn’t download it either from App Store. But if you go into App Store press purchased apps and scroll until you see bigo live, you can download it only if it’s saved. I did it, its worked on mine. From uk 🇬🇧

If the developer has decided not to offer and support their app in your country, there is nothing that you can do to get around that fact. The app developer makes the decisions of where their app is available.

The OP used a dishonest way of redownloading the app.

If you don't legally live in Singapore, you cannot honestly change your Apple ID account to that country just to scam the system to get the app. You also would not meet Apple's requirements to change your account to that country;

"Before you update your location, you must spend your store credit, cancel your subscriptions, and get a payment method for your new country or region."

Dishonestly changing your account to another country could also cause you issues with your Apple ID in the future.

If you downloaded it in the past… You can get it from Purchased on app store

Go to purchases in the App Store it should still be there

Not if the app is no longer offered in your country's App Store.

Copies of the apps from the App Store that a user has acquired are not saved in an iCloud account, just a notation that the user has acquired an authorized copy. If the app is no longer available in the user's country's App Store, that notation is useless for redownloading the app.

Its possible you can retrieve it from recently purchased apps. and possibly, retrieve it from your iCloud… From your Apple devices…🤷🏻‍♂️ I heard.
