Horizontal lines on my iPhone 11 screen

My iPhone fell the other day and then today I discovered a thin black line on my display, and it keeps growing longer. How can I fix this? And is this a software or hardware issue?

Half black screen and green line issue on my iPhone 14 Pro after iOS 18.4.1 update Hi, after the 18.4.1 update my phone screen now has a permanent black horizontal line along the middle of the screen and beneath this a series of green horizontal lines. The bottom half of the screen is darker than the top (I can really notice it when I scroll). The bottom half also flickers and goes black from time to time (randomly). I have tried forced restarts several times, closed and updated all apps, reset general settings. Nothing has worked. What could be the issue and how can this be resolved? Are you sure it’s not a crack in the glass or is it digital?

I’ve been looking around for this and people say try force resetting your phone, but if that doesn’t help then contact Apple.

quickly press/release volume up then volume down, one after the other, then press/hold power button until Apple logo appears.
