Display got blacked Out and Appearing green lines at notch

I am using my iPhone 13 from last 14 months. Today when I am using my mobile suddenly the display became blacked out and two green lines are appear at the notch (Note: there is no any physical damage).

I am not able to access my phone. Kindly help me in this situation. I tried force restart also but no use. I had tried all the ways as Apple team advised.

Please let me know the further steps to follow. Waiting for your valuable reply.

Try a Force Restart, but I suspect you've suffered a hardware failure and if you have, you'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and service options.
