After update 16.4.1 my phone is stuck with the window informing that the update was successful but I cannot close this window and can't open my phone. When I click on Ok nothing is happening.

Even if the home screen is not accessible, yet you can access Assistive Touch menu which gives you access to functions.. so u can actually touch restart option from the menu and then your is back to normal.
I have the same problem but your solution is not working for me. Other options?
Try doing a forced restart, like this:
1. Press and quickly release Volume Up
2. Press and quickly release Volume Down
3. Press and hold the Side Button, the phone will restart. Release when you see the Apple Logo.
