There is no equivalent of airplane mode on the Mac, mostly because the Mac doesn't have a cellular radio.
turn off WiFi if that is what you are looking for...
Looks like I didn't have enough coffee this morning. @leroydouglas is correct in that a Mac does not have a cellular radio and there is no equivalent "Airplane Mode" on Macs. As such, only disabling the Mac's wireless radio should be sufficient.
Disabling Bluetooth would be optional, but if you're trying to mimic the iPhone's Airplane mode, it should be disabled as well.
